Buckinghamshire has some of the most beautiful wedding venues in the country, and I feel incredibly lucky to photograph so many of them. The light here — especially in the golden hour before sunset — is just extraordinary. I'm always watching for those moments when the light does something magical, and I try to make sure I'm in the right place to capture it when it does.

Every couple I work with is completely different, and that's what keeps this job so endlessly exciting. Some couples want a big, dramatic portrait session in the grounds; others just want me to follow them around and document everything as it happens. I'm happy either way — my job is to give you images that feel like you, not like a generic wedding album.

Buckinghamshire weddings have a real character to them. There's a warmth and a sense of occasion that I find really special to photograph. Whether it's a tiny village church ceremony or a full weekend celebration at a country estate, I put the same care and attention into every single wedding I shoot.
