What areas do you cover for wedding photography?

Question 2

How much does wedding photography cost?

Accepted Answer

Current seasonal offers are available — please get in touch for details. A 2-hour package is also available upon request depending on availability — please message me to find out more.

Question 3

What is your photography style?

Accepted Answer

Vanessa White specialises in candid, documentary-style wedding photography. She works quietly in the background to capture genuine emotions, unscripted moments, and the true spirit of your day — the tears, the laughter, and the nervous glances. All images are edited in true colour, which is timeless — no faddy presets.

Question 4

How many photos will we receive?

Accepted Answer

The number of images depends on your package. The Confetti Package (4 hours) includes approximately 220 images minimum, while larger packages include 350–650+ images. All images are individually hand-edited and provided in high resolution.

Question 5

How quickly will we receive our wedding photos?

Accepted Answer

You will receive a Sneak Peek Gallery of approximately 70 professionally edited images within 24 hours of your wedding. All completed images are delivered in a secure online gallery. If you have a package of 5 hours or more, you will also receive a bespoke engraved USB in a personalised gift box.

Question 6

Do you offer a second photographer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A second shooter is available at £45 per hour (4 hour minimum), or is included as standard in the Ultimate Package. The second photographer is Carl, a trusted professional who works alongside Vanessa to capture every angle of your day.

Question 7

How do I book Crimson Sky Photography for my wedding?

Accepted Answer

You can get in touch by calling 07341 341525 or emailing vanessajwhite@icloud.com. Your date can be secured with a £100 deposit. Vanessa offers a free pre-wedding consultation either in person, by phone, or via email.

Question 8

Do you offer videography?

Accepted Answer

No — Crimson Sky Photography focuses exclusively on wedding photography. Photography and videography should never be done by the same person on a wedding day. Both require full attention, different skill sets, and different equipment. Having one dedicated photographer and one dedicated videographer ensures nothing is missed and that both your photos and your film are captured to the highest standard.

Question 9

Do you visit wedding venues in advance?

Accepted Answer

I don't usually visit wedding venues in advance. Most weddings I photograph are at venues I haven't worked at before, and with over 15 years of experience, I'm very comfortable adapting quickly to new surroundings. Every wedding is set up uniquely, so a venue can look very different on the day itself. I arrive early, take time to assess the light and layout, and work naturally with the space to capture your day beautifully.

Question 10

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

I am prepared for every scenario, including bad weather! We can still get beautiful cozy indoor photos and if the rain stops (even for just 10 minutes) we can dash outside and get some great shots in.

Question 11

Do you have insurance and backup equipment?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. My public liability insurance covers me for £5 million. I carry a large amount of high end backup equipment in case of a technical issue.

Question 12

Do we need to feed you?

Accepted Answer

No, you don't have to — but it's always lovely if you do! Wedding days are long, and a quick meal helps us stay energised and focused.
